There are over 80 corporations in Malaysia supplying media products, of which almost half of them are operating
illegally. While most of the legally operating corporations are generally small, more recently formed and they
tend to specialise in media products but offer products and services, which are nonetheless at a much higher cost.

of less than 1%. Glazial's products that are found to be faulty will be replaced on a one-to-one basis at our own
